All members must abide by the Terms of Service, which are reprinted below:

1. Users must abide by all Server Rules, NM Law, US Law, and any and all applicable laws generally, whether their jurisdiction, this server's jurisdiction, and/or the jurisdiction of those they interact with.

2. By signing up and using their account, users agree to these Terms and waive all liability from the GNU/Linux Help Admin Team.

3. Minors, or people under the age of 18, are not allowed to sign up for accounts. Any found in violation of this term of service will have their account deleted.

4. There are no exceptions to these Terms of Service. All users who use this instance formally and legally agree to these terms.

5. The GNU/Linux Administrative Team does not alter, edit, view, and/or release users' content except under explicit US and/or NM court order.

6. All server data are stored on a LUKS encrypted JBOD whose key is itself nested in a separate LUKS home partition.
